You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or disrupts the operation of the App or Services. All content on the Site and App — including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, course materials, and other resources — is the property of Mohan Coaching and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any materials provided to you during a paid program are for your personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prices for our Services are listed on the Site and App and are subject to change at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and agreed upon. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, we do not offer refunds once Services have begun or materials have been delivered.
Mohan Coaching provides educational, motivational, and performance coaching services. We do not guarantee specific results, and outcomes will vary based on individual effort, participation, and circumstances. Coaching and AI-generated insights are not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. You should seek professional help for any such matters. You accept full responsibility for the decisions and actions you take as a result of coaching sessions, materials, or programs.
If you enroll in a membership program through the Site or App, your subscription will continue until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in your account or contacting us directly. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohan Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, App, or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mohan Coaching, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, App, or Services or your violation of these Terms.
